[GoDs] Application Template

Minimum requirements for application:

Must have all four campaigns and Hard Mode unlocked on each continent.

Must have a minimum of 2 level 20 PVE characters.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A minimum of 1 PVE characters will be from the common speed clear classes and have completed Eye of the North and Nightfall.

One character will have at least R3 in Vangaurd, Norn, Deldrimore, Asuran and 1 must additionaly have at least R5 Lightbringer and R5 Sunspear.
